As Office Guru, Rachel handles everything from mailings to spreadsheets to special projects – anything to help the office run smoother! She also coordinates some of the company’s marketing and social media activities.

She has worked in communications at UWM’s School of Education, the YWCA and the Milwaukee Jewish Federation. She received a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Valparaiso University.

What job would you be terrible at?

Chef at a busy restaurant – Trying to make a whole meal come together at one time for my family is hard enough; I can’t imagine having to do that on such a large scale…and while making sure the food is spectacular!

Postage Permits

We are happy to mail using a client’s USPS non-profit number. Here are a few best practices for this to go smoothly. Let our team know up front on the project so we can make sure to get the information we need right away. 

While our mail house does prefer to use their permit number for the mailing, we can use the client’s permit, If using their permit number, ensure there is enough postage to cover the mailing.
