Decorated Packaging Options

A successful promotional product marketing piece is about more than just selecting the right product. It’s the logo, artwork and branding that make promotional products impactful and successful marketing pieces. We also have a number of unique ways to package promotional products to maximize the impact of your project. Some of our most popular methods include full color boxes, specialty envelopes, padded mailers and flexible polybags.

Here are a few examples:

Boxes – Receiving a box in the mail always creates a powerful “wow” moment. To create this experience, we offer a wide variety of box sizes to fit each need. Most of our boxes are printed in full color on each panel of the box. This allows a tremendous amount of space for marketing messages and branding. A number of our boxes also allow full color printing on the inside of the box.

Envelopes – Envelopes are popular because they are usually less expensive to mail than a box. When designed correctly they can create excitement when received. To do that, we often recommend the Brandelope because it is printed in full color with a high-gloss laminate finish on a sturdy cardboard material (15pt C1S stock). They come in several sizes and two decoration options. The standard option includes full color, edge to edge, flood coat printing. The economy option is the same envelope but has a limited imprint area with the remainder of the product being white.

Bubble Mailers – Our full color imprinted bubble mailers come in three standard sizes, and are available in white, kraft and manilla yellow. Each bubble mailer option allows for a full color imprint on one side.

Blank Boxes– One way to have the impact of a box mailer, but at a lower cost, is to use a blank box. These could be blank kraft or white depending on the size. Placing a sticker on the box also adds impact for only a small extra cost. Our team would be glad to help select the right option and recommend where to place the stickers.

Stock Mailer Bags – When the situation is right, our team will recommend using a stock white or clear mailer bag for the packaging. For example, on the yard sign mailer, there is not an imprinted option of this mailer bag. For the garden flag mailer, we used a clear mail bag because it creates more of a “wow” moment when the recipient receives the package since they can see the product through the bag.

Postage Permits

We are happy to mail using a client’s USPS non-profit number. Here are a few best practices for this to go smoothly. Let our team know up front on the project so we can make sure to get the information we need right away. 

While our mail house does prefer to use their permit number for the mailing, we can use the client’s permit, If using their permit number, ensure there is enough postage to cover the mailing.
