Update on our Diversity & Equity Initiatives

Written by Michael Wolaver, Captain of Magellan Promotions In June of 2020, I wrote a blog post on how it was time for our company to do more on diversity, equity and implicit bias. This was in the wake of the murder of George Floyd and the resulting civil unrest.  As we saw it as an organization, it was time for us to be more outspoken on how we were addressing the inequities that plague our society. In the blog, I outlined initiatives that we were going to be implementing.

Unprecedented Times in the Promotional Product Industry

Supply Chain Update – 2/22/22 As this situation continues to evolve, I wanted to provide an update on the supply chain of our production partners.   Product Availability: Lead times and availability of raw materials continue to be a challenge for our production partners. The worldwide effects of COVID remains the major factor that has slowed the system. This includes the shut down of overseas factories and ports and the challenge of factories accessing raw materials.  When the product is made, delivery to the United States is delayed with the

During COVID, promotional products provide an opportunity to create long-term physical connections. As our proprietary research demonstrated, promotional products integrated into the recruitment process are influential in

New Products for 2021

One of the most anticipated projects each January for our team is the chance to learn about new promotional products that are introduced to the industry. Instead of the team making our annual trek to Las Vegas for the Promotional Products Association International (PPAI) Expo, we experienced learning about the products from the comfort of our homes.  As a company, we commit to staying on top of the latest product trends and identify which new products are not just fun or cool, but will be appreciated, used and create memorable
