Why Vector?
Vector images are necessary because their quality will remain the same no matter the size of the artwork. An easy way to tell if an image is a vector is to increase it size. If the image becomes blurry of pixelated, it’s most likely a raster file and will not work for production. Vector logos are typically created when the artwork is originally designed. The most common types of vector files are ai, eps, svg, and pdf. You vector artwork will likely be named with one of those extensions.
Canva Artwork
Canva does not support or produce vector artwork. Files designed in Canva are not print-ready and will need to be turned into a vector file format.
