Fulfillment and Mailing Made Easy

custom promotional products

Packaged promotional products sent by mail are an excellent way to create tangible connections with your audience. That’s because they have a different kind of impact. Imprinted mailers create a sense of excitement when first received, and the products included inside create continued engagement with recipients. They also provide a way to reach and activate your audience other than relying on cluttered email inboxes.

However, mailers can be daunting and time-consuming to plan without the right considerations upfront. Thankfully, with our years of experience producing successful mailings, we are uniquely positioned to help. We create unique, interesting and impactful mailers, from a wide range of packaging, kitting, and mailing service options. We know how to leverage promotional product mailings in ways that delight, inform, and help calls to action be seen by your audience. The promotional products included also boost brand awareness and create long-term exposure as the items are used, displayed and shared.

For this Simmons University welcome kit, our team created and mailed a fully-branded package that held a knit cap, webcam cover, hand sanitizer, face mask, and an enclosed card.

To help see what’s possible, we recently updated our fulfillment and mailing webpage to provide you with cost and time-saving tips that will help make the whole process very easy. One of these new resources is a flowchart that maps out the entire fulfillment and mail process to make it easier to understand each of the steps. For packages that are boxes or large envelopes, we also included tips for how to do these kinds of mailings in a cost-efficient way with the United States Postal Service.

Our experienced team can handle everything from selecting the items, kitting the products together and mailing them to the address list, all the while providing updates that keep you fully informed throughout the process. To demonstrate our experience, here are three project stories that share how we helped create fun, impactful, and engaging mailers:

We have a full range of mail options to fully customize the overall look, with packaging and kitting options available in a variety of sizes, to expand your range of design possibilities.
