Four-Day Workweek: Sailing Ahead

custom promotional products

We’re excited to share the latest chapter in our four-day workweek journey at Magellan Promotions. Following a successful pilot phase, which ended earlier this month, we’ve decided to extend this initiative, continuously monitoring key metrics to ensure its longevity.

This journey has been an enlightening process, not just in how to find efficiencies, but also in reinforcing our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. Adopting a four-day workweek required us all to think differently about how we work, leading to more focused and efficient practices. We’ve refined our workflows (we even have a process for how we roll out new processes!) to ensure we maintain the high-quality service our clients have come to expect from us. We sincerely appreciate the support from our clients and partners as we embarked on and continue with the four-day workweek experiment. Your encouragement has been crucial in this journey. We’re excited about the opportunities ahead and are committed to continuing our growth, all while delivering the top-notch service and community engagement Magellan Promotions is known for.

Feedback from our team has underscored the benefits of this shift, pointing to enhanced work-life balance and productivity. We continue to keep an eye out to ensure that this change supports our overarching aims of progress and growth.

Here’s to the next chapter of our adventure together!

While our mail house does prefer to use their permit number for the mailing, we can use the client’s permit, If using their permit number, ensure there is enough postage to cover the mailing.

The information we need to in order to use a client’s nonprofit number includes the following:
